Just a donation needed to visit these lovely animals. A well run place which is worth a visit when passing to get some fresh air and relax for a hour whilst you visit. Small cafe on site for a coffee to walk around with.

Been here many times. Sadly today's visit was disappointing. On the positive, staff friendly. Sausage rolls were excellent. Great shop. There are not many horses to see because barriers are up so you can only see first couple of paddocks. Hopefully this was only temporary.
If you love horses it is a good place to go. It's free but you can give a donation to help them carry on their good work

I went away feeling so peaceful after visiting today. Watching the staff so lovingly interact with the donkeys made me smile ❤️ and the three shire horses are magnificent.

Nice place for a peaceful afternoon. Very clean and well kept. Horses, donkeys, and mini horses. Very flat & wheelchair friendly, with benches to sit and relax, gift shop and snack bar. My wife has adopted Rumple, so we will be visiting again soon.

Wonderful horse sanctuary! Lovely welcome and explanation of how to get around. There's a proper path past all of the fields which makes it easy for strollers or wheelchairs. Plenty of chance to get up close to the horses and donkeys....they all look so happy and healthy! Lovely little gift shop and cafe to have a sit down afterwards with a coffee and cake! We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly place.
Warm welcome and advice from the staff.
The little snack room does a range of hot/cold drinks and tasty cakes and snacks.
Inside & outside seating.
Clean toilets.
Lovely walks around the horse pastures and up to the rehab barn. Lovely views too.

I have been a supporter of Redwings for many years, and I finally came for a visit for my birthday. Very clean, friendly staff, great little cafe and shop and the horses were all beautifully kept. Lots of horsey cuddles in this free to visit place, donations are welcome to help pay for the horses and their care.

We have been supporters of Redwings for several decades. What they do for the horses, ponies and donkeys they have rescued from bad treatment, abuse and neglect is amazing. The care they give to enhance their remaining life is second to none. Especially those who require specialist treatment for their conditions.
Great visit for all the family. Whichever the Redwings centre you visit. Who can resist a cuddle, adult or child, with your fav equine.
