My wife and I have used Redstone Wills, St Leonards, Sussex to write, edit our Wills, and create & register our Power of Attorney documents since 2017. They have always carried out our instructions perfectly, promptly, and accurately. A year so later, we also signed up to their document storage, which gives us peace of mind that all our original documents are safe and secure. Protected against fire, flood, and theft. Reclaiming our original copies promptly and securely whenever we have required them for proof with banks and other organisations that need sight of them to validate agreements has always been secure, prompt, and straightforward.

We have also used Redstone Wills to draft and register our Power of Attorney documents with ‘the office of Public Guardians.’ We found the best practical solution to being able to use our Power of Attorney documents, was to make copies of the originals, and return them to secure storage. Then, to get the copies legally certified with our solicitors.  This enabled us to keep our documents safe, and yet by using the certified copies, we will still be able to use the documents legally.

All the staff we have dealt with at Redstone Wills have always been very friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient.

We have since discovered that Redstone Wills is part of the Skipton Building Society group, which gives us even more confidence. Since Skipton is an completely ethical, long established Building Society, well known for their fair and generous savings interest rates in comparison to many of the larger well known banks (which appear to act as almost a cartel in paying the lowest savings rates, whilst charging the highest loan and debt charges). We wished we has started saving with Skipton long ago whilst we were still putting our faith in well-known high street banks and receiving a pittance in interest compared what we eventually received from Skipton once we moved our savings to them. The staff in our local branches are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and efficient. As are the HQ  Skipton staff in Yorkshire, we often interact with them when doing telephone banking.

We can not recommend Redstone Wills & Skipton Building Society highly enough. For our legal document creation and secure storage, and Skipton for all our banking requirements (especially savings). We wished we had discovered and used them many years before 2017.

BEWARE!!! This company offer an appalling service. They offered to set up a Trust for our home. Subcontracted the work to another source without our knowledge. (All correspondence came on Redstone Wills' letterheads) When the company went into liquidation they denied ever taking money from us. Completely arrogant when I tried to talk to them about it. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Myself and my partner used Redstone Wills to draft our Wills after purchasing our first house together. We were recommended to use them by our Conveyancing Solicitor and I'm 100% glad that we did! The member of the Legal Team who conducted our appointment was amazing and explained everything to us in a way we would be able to understand, being that we didn't understand the complicated legal terminology required. They were patient and compassionate to our difficult circumstances to which made our Wills quite lengthy but they always clarified everything with us before proceeding. Loads of help and direction, the forms are quite complicated for someone like me who isnt savvy on serious matters, but the customer services through emails made the process really simple. A big thank you to Shannon Buggy for all the help with the changes needed 🙂

I don’t know where to even start here and giving a 1 star is too generous. Went through getting our wills done and also setting up a trust by Redstones Wills. They were really good at the start, selling you the setup of Wills and a trust. Next day Red Stones kept calling for money (missed their call) and will give them 5 stars for persistence. Once they got our money silents. Waited weeks and weeks to get our first draft. We got our first draft had loads of mistakes and sent it back for correction and waited multiple weeks if not longer. I think we have had three iterations and still yet to receive the final one. We are now over 5 months in and nothing has been set up. If you try to get hold of Redstone Wills, good luck. So I put in a formal complaint (asking for money back) and you guessed it waited multiple weeks and never got back to me on the promised date. So chased them and like magic they replied via email and I even got a letter in the post. Basically their response was, they saw nothing wrong with my complaint and sorry they cannot help any further. No mention at all about getting any of our money back. So I have gone back to them again for response about ways to get our money back, waiting to hear back.
