Very professional. Extremely helpful. We used Wills and Probate department. They gave us some really good advice and helped us understand all the legal jargon which can be baffling to the layman. We really felt protected and that Rebecca had our best interests at heart. Thank you

Disappointing, when you can't get a reply to a simple email, numerous calls don't get returned and emails are regularly auto replied to with an out of the office message.
I couldn't recommend using redkite.
Perhaps it's just Kate, but have to say that it is un acceptable to not reply to an email for a month then repeatedly promise, yet fail, to return calls.
I'll be going elsewhere.

Very poor service. Lack of communication. And the secretary for family solicitors is very rude. Less than 1 week u till the final hearing and I've changed to another solicitor firm. Overall a terrible experience and can not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service dealing with a family will. Dont bother asking this company to explain why they have failed to provide the statutory 7 year accounts. The service is shoddy and they then deduct more fees for never replying to your questions.
