This people called Reassure groups of insurance agents are all liars from the pit of Hell.
One of their agent Mr Pearce promised to compensate me with a gift card after taking the Life insurance policy with Legal &General , since September 2024, this man has been lying no longer picked up my calls, please people should be aware of this so-called insurance marketers.

I would give them zero rating if I could. It’s been 4 weeks and still waiting for a pension payment. Different excuses each time I chase it up on the phone . Trying to hold on the the money as long as they can for interest.

Withholding my money, returned the claim form to withdraw a small pot pension, first told 5 days to payment into my bank,no money then 10 days, still no money now I'm on day 15, appalling customer service, one lie after another just to get me off the phone, I'm now contemplating going to the press my social worker and anyone who will listen to get my money.

Avoid this company at all costs.....

Absolutely terrible Answered 7 questions address, dob, the usual most places ask for, etc... so they could call up my account based on that info but because I had no policy number to hand thry refused point blank to tell me the balance on my account. 2 of them hot stroppy saying I didn't pass security but yet they could see my account minus the policy number. Go figure. And then when I rang a 2nd time I was left on hold 25 minutues and then told I was locked out of my account despite being told on 1st call if I rang back with the policy I could get the details of my balance. Utter liars in this company. Absolute WOKE WEF clowns beyond belief. Staff attitudes all stink. I then asked for a "close my account form and procedure" etc. I was told I couldn't have such as it was now locked. Oh the irony. So basically they now hold my money illegally. I will get that money out if it means a stinker letter to the CEO...and the 3 staff will be sacked. I will put my pension money elsewhere. Do not use this company whatsoever. Never in all my years dealing with pension companies havd I come across one so bad.
