I'm really impressed with Luis at Rey Chartered Structural Studio. I hired him to do a structural engineer report for a loft conversion. He came out to my property within a few days of me making contact, and produced his report within a short timespan. I also found him to be reasonably priced. However, what set him apart was his dedication to do a good job. After he produced his report he has continued to be in touch and has regularly offered advice and assistance, which I have found really helpful. I would definitely hire him again.

I contacted RCSSS in the run-up to Christmas with an requirement to visit my property for an urgent inspection within a maximum of 2 working days. To their absolute credit, they adjusted the appointments of their structural engineers and scheduled a site visit that same afternoon. Communication with their office was excellent and I thoroughly recommend them for both their flexibility and customer facing approach, which is so refreshing to see in 2023. We were extremely impressed with the expert advice that Luis Rey was able to give us with regard to a query we had regarding our property as we were quite anxious to assess and remediate the problem quickly. He arrived promptly and made a thorough survey and assessment of the property. He is clearly a well qualified expert in his field and took time to explain the situation to us in a clear and reassuring manner. Indeed, his calm and pleasant nature put us at ease immediately. We needed a structural report carrying out on a bungalow in Truro which we were marketing for a client . Luis's team carried out a through site investigation allaying any concerns as to the property structurally and explaining clearly the condition of the property.
The report clearly set out the work needed to bring the property up to standard .
