Following the death of a relative, Rachel Stafford's service failed in almost all aspects. The Will (which she had recorded) had errors in it, the IHT forms were completed to the detriment of the estate and needed correcting by another solicitor, the communication was poor with slow responses and a laissez faire attitude to detail. Steer well clear.

Awfull. Late communication. Definitely would NOT use. My late auntie would have been appalled . Caused great distress in family.

I took up an offer of a free charitable will and chose this company who then didn't engage and when I pressed just took name and contact details and never followed through. Its a scam by a wholly unprofessional company .
