Wonderful local garage!
We have used Ivesons for the past 3 years since moving to the area and could not be more impressed. Having fitted us in at short notice for a van repair, despite emergency callouts during a storm and an ill child in hospital, Jacqui and Rob’s team made sure they had our works van back to us in time for work on Monday. Arrived at Shap to start a 4 night holiday with a flat damaged tyre. The garage receptionist and mechanic were friendly and so helpful. Tyre was replaced within 30 mins at a very good price and I drove off very happy and relieved. Great service, thank you so much.

After purchasing a car that has been previously mot d here we lost the brakes due to corroded pipes leaking. I appreciate the car was mot d 6 month ago but only has coverd roughly 900 dry miles. I find I hard to believe brake pipes would rott to the point of failure after there was no advisories. Also u past a car that's capable of a 190mph with cracks in the front tyres . We stopped at the garage on our way north to a wedding with an urgent need to have a loose track rod end fixed. After calling ahead the lovely Jackie was waiting for us and we were straight on the ramp. Tom

Breaking down on route to our holiday to Cumbria had to be trasported to the campsite. On arrival recommend to Robert by the campsite owner.
After a consultation, Robert visited the site tested the old starter motor before fitting a new one, and getting us started again.
Robert then highlighted a couple of other concerns and rectified those as well.
A truly amazing young man with an outstanding knowledge of the motor industry.
Would highly recommend this garage.
