Quote My Legals provided myself and my partner with a really competitive package to deal with our solicitor fee's when buying our first home. As a first time buyer we had no idea what we needed to buy and do, however, after a referral from another happy customer - Quote My Legals were able to answer all of our questions before proceeding. They were able to guide us through the entire process, and at no point pressured us into signing with them for our legal fees. We were provided with a clear quote for the work that needed to be done, with no hidden fees.

Once we agreed to move forward with Quote My Legals, we were assured in knowing they were dealing with everything on our behalf - we received regular updates, and when we had any questions we didn't know the answer to, Quote My Legals were able to answer and remove any concerns we may have had.

Professional from start to finish, and we will be using them again going forward, and have already recommended them to family and friends looking to purchase property.

I may have misunderstood but I thought Quote my Legals were my Conveyancer and were offering me a start to finish conveyancing process. On signing up, they said they would be there for me throughout the process which was particularly important to me as the Solicitor they were working with was over 100 miles away and I wanted a local point of contact. After signing up with them their Representative did come to my house to collect documents pertaining to the sale. So it started well. But from that point on despite my repeated calls they did not answer their phone, there was no answerphone and their ‘office’ was behind a locked door and shuttered window at the rear of an Estate Agent with no sign of life. (Not the Agent I was using). What seemed to me as a final insult was that when I saw the completion statement I realised that they had charged more for that one visit than the Solicitor did for all the work relating to the sale!
I finally made contact after exchange of contracts and the Representative said he’d been unwell and ‘It is what it is’
Overall, I felt totally misled.
I have a portfolio of properties that I plan to sell as part of my retirement strategy but I shan’t be using them again.
