Horrendous customer service, lack of empathy for people, patronising staff and definitely rude to the core. Wasn’t able to help, to understand, to not judge , raising the voice pf advisor that left voicemails which cannot even be understood, couldn’t even get the email from the advisor to send emails and sadly as a company that prides themselves to offer advice it is simply horrendous behaviour for such legal assistance, especially dealing with people that are very much in urgent need of help or assistance or guidance. Not able to explain “conflict of interests” to a client or human firstly it is simply frustrating and annoying as some sort of understanding and kindness in communication should be given. It is such a shame they treat people so poorly and negatively and they snap at people , instead of trying to understand.
Beyond disappointed by the service. Such a shame they operate as a company that gives people advice, when they clearly discourage them.

Unreliable institution giving wrong advice. Trust them at your own risks. Not only they took a very long time to get back to me but they failed to advise me well which made my situation worse. Because of their wrong advice my situation got worse and I still need to do a civil litigation. I will request my file to this legal advice centre and sue them for negligence if they don’t repair their mistakes.

Completely useless legal advice centre. They ask you to write about your situation in an email in great details, and then they do not spend any time to read your email and ring you. What happens afterwards will be two scenarios. Scenario one, you pick up their call, the member of staff will say they do not have the knowledge to discuss with you, and they will make another appointment with you. However, please expect they will give you the call anytime except the time you have agreed. Scenario two, the thing in scenario one keeps repeating and until they finally managed to catch you one time not able to pick up their call, they will not accept any callbacks, and they will directly say they cannot contact you, and therefore, they will close your file. Do not waste your precious time on them.

Very disappointed. I wanted help with just reading a text to CONFIRM meaning, nothing overly difficult, I was then told I would have to wait for a supervisor to review my request. I was then asked what I needed help with which I then explained, was to they could not help even though I explicitly stated that I was just looking for confirmation of my own understanding was passed on to another organisation who are not taking clients until 14/10/19 so I wasted 2 weeks to find out that they couldn't and did not even give me useful referral.

It is very long to have an appointment and after your consultation you will have to wait at least 2 weeks to be advised. They will only provide you with a letter about what you can do and won't help you with any procedures. I would not advise this Legal Advice Centre as in London there is plenty of better ones such as South Westminster Legal Advice Center.

Free legal advice from students and professors for locals and students, just make an appointment in advance and be prepared to wait several weeks for your written report.
