Georgina was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough. From the first phone call she made us feel totally at ease, explained everything thoroughly and fought our corner at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it was really great to feel confident that someone was truly on our side throughout the process of buying a house which we knew nothing about.

Georgina went above and beyond to ensure we exchanged and completed in a (quite ridiculously) short time frame of 9 weeks (including 4 bank holidays) from our offer being accepted to us moving in. She was efficient but completely thorough and clearly knows her stuff. I know she stayed working late on numerous occasions to help move things along for us and for that we will forever be grateful for that.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Georgina and recommend her to anyone who mentions they’re so much as thinking about moving house. Lots of people complain about solicitors fees but I can honestly say what we were charged was reasonable and definitely well earned. If/when we ever get round to moving again we will 100% be returning to Large & Gibson (specifically Georgina) as I don’t think anyone else would compare!

We have recently used Large & Gibson for the sale and purchase of our new home. From initial point of contact to completion Lesley and Daniel were incredible. At all points during the process we were kept informed, they answered emails and returned any phone calls very promptly.

We experienced a very unique situation due to the failings of a solicitor higher up the chain. Lesley and Daniel hadn't seen anything like it in their careers. Without them both I genuinely do not think we would be sat in our new home.
