I'm super satisfied with Quality Snag's service. Peter is an amazing surveyor, super accommodating and approachable. He seemed super knowledgeable and compiled a comprehensive list of snags to simply pass over to my property's developer that hopefully now will carry out the fixes.

Important to mention that he checked and came up with issues that would never have crossed my mind even to check, let alone assess if they were within the specifications and regulations.

It's also worth highlighting the thermal scanning service that is included with his standard service. It does provide peace of mind that your new property is properly insulated and ready to withstand the winter in the most energetically efficient way.

The only negative I have is the fact that we didn’t book Peter sooner. Very professional and thorough. Had the report back in 48 hours. The report was great and really detailed. He picked up things that you wouldn’t even think of. Highly recommend this service.
