I’ve been using Qdos for my insurance policies for around 7 years. The team consistently demonstrates professionalism, attentiveness, and exceeds expectations. On Friday (10/Jan/2025), I was assisted by Harlie McKeown, who was extremely courteous and thorough in addressing my concerns. Her support was invaluable, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you, Harlie, and the entire Qdos team for providing exceptional service and maintaining such high standards over the years!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company to have to deal with. No hurry to do anything for customers. Unfortunately I've had to deal with them or at least try to. Due to it being the other party's insurance company. Would not recommend them. They have caused nothing but stress the whole time. I've dealt with multiple team members who have all been pretty usless. I have been dealing / fighting with them since July last year, it is now almost March and no further forward. I have no confidence they will get it right & this will probably carry on till Christmas! - very poor company with no interest in clients.

I would highly recommend QDOS. I needed a specific cover at short notice and their website was easy to get a quote.
Unfortunately after purchasing, I found my client needed more cover. Danielle Chester was brilliant. She helped me resolve the issue and arrange a cancellation of cover. While I couldn't get the replacement cover through QDOS this time, because of Danielle's customer service, I will definitely be contacting them for all my business cover at renewal next year.
