QC law won our personal injury claim and the payout was higher than we expected. They are clearly well versed in the process and it was quick and efficient. The downside to the process was an insistence on calling (we have day jobs!) when the question could easily be answered by email. At times I was chased by phone (many missed calls), WhatsApp, email and voicemail and when I did get forced to call back I could barely hear them and it was needlessly drawn out. So did QC get me a good settlement quickly? Yes absolutely. Was it a process where I felt ‘the customer’ - not really. I nearly withdrew on principal. Stand your ground and play by your rules and this firm will get you paid out.

Started off with plenty of information with passed around and kept me upto date, now 1year and 3 months later I’m still waiting for it to be closed. Pretty open and closed case found to be non fault within 2 months. Was told I’d receive a callback after it went to court in may now September is ending and still haven’t received a call back or in the know about what happened in court, it’s absolutely disgusting. Called the company and requested information and was shut down relatively quickly, was told all they could do was leave a note on my file and my handler will TRY and call me back later in the day, to make things even better after getting no where on the phone with the lady trying to direct me to my handler they decided hanging up would be the easier option. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN A THOUSAND YEARS.
