He understood the lingo and taught us. He also helped with translation from time to time when we met the Auditor again. It’s very, very helpful to have an expert in the room.

He has a model, effectively the bones of the system, which made things so much easier.
He knows his stuff, back to front and upside down.

And he was there to guide us and answer our many and frequent and often silly questions.
