I started working for Pury Erskine as a paralegal.

Ian was nothing but abusive. They didn't pay me. They asked me to perform tasks that the contract forbids. When I questioned this, they no longer want to work with me.

I will have to report this firm to the SRA for data breaches, the clients data is not secure. It is kept on a Google drive which was shared with me before signing the contract.

EDIT: Ian is now threatening me. Nothing I said above is untrue. I am reporting the firm and Ian to the SRA. It is up to them to decide if a data breach has occurred.

I agree with the comments that this firm is a disgrace. If anyone else suffers disgraceful behaviour at the hands of Ian, please report him to the SRA. He is not allowed to behave like this as he is in a regulated profession.

On behalf of my cousin who is dyslexic.

We DO NOT recommend this firm.

In our opinion you get recommended a 'package' then again in our opinion they try their best to do what appears to be basic work and not what may have been specifically asked for. Citing professional reasons - whilst refusing to pay you back your £8,000+ that formulates a package you've paid them - but inviting you if you want to go elsewhere and of course as we further understand they keep your money!

After almost 2 years, I am still suffering from my ordeal with this firm. A year and half ago, I trusted this firm. I had no idea after giving them my hard earned money of £6000 that I would be taken advantage of and that I would be scammed by them.

They have been threatening me and Trust Pilot for over 1 year to remove my previous review. I had to remove it as I was receiving a lot of verbal abuse from this firm.

I can honestly say that I am victim of their fraud and scam. I was targeted due to my race, religion, and vulnerability. I was never given legal advice, treated fairly with respect . They lied about everything to me.

The positive reviews on TrustPilot does not reflect the abusive experience I had with them. I was never treated the same way as their clients that have left positive reviews on the Trust Pilot website. I don’t believe that half of it is true.

I do not recommend this firm to anyone as they have destroyed my reputation. They are a disgrace to the human race.
