I was doing canopy's references and there was an issue with one of these. I called the purple lettings office and the lady who answered did everything need to help me find a solution with politeness and patience and didn't hesitate to spend as much time needed helping someone who not even know him.

I have just begun renting student accommodation with Purple Lettings and they have been great throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend renting with this company, predominantly because of their excellent team. Robyn Smith has been amazing with keeping us in the loop and goes above and beyond to help you out. Nought if I could - quick enough to take the deposit and rent but useless at sorting issues - my daughter has been let down from day one of moving in - good job this is her home city and she has family support. Avoid using at all costs

What a company! Communication from the start was amazing and the staff couldn’t do more to help. All properties I have viewed have been clean, modern and of the highest spec. Would 100% recommend, I wouldn’t deal with anyone else! If you’re looking for a place, student or professional, definitely contact these guys!!

Dreadful company - workers they gave keys to robbed the house and they refused to take any responsibility - insisting it was the landlords fault. They knew the names and refused to give them to the police when asked to do so in order to stall the investigation and avoid liability. Also they consistently failed to give the legally required 24 hours notice before sending people in. To top things off they have thus far failed to give any of our house our deposits back despite being over 5 weeks since moving out.
