One star is too much.

My father in law sadly passed away end of last year. We used Pudsey Legal to sort out will and probate. Only just found out today from our new solicitor at a different firm that absolutley nothing had been started or submitted. Almost 12 months later. Poor communication not answering emails. Absolutley fuming. Oh and top of this they want £100 plus Vat for their services!? Like seriously!? No wonder they have gone into administration completely and absolutely useless and incompetent.

BEWARE GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION
We've only just had our wills done by them. They hold the original. They have not contacted us yet and if its held by administration could take longer to retrieve. Anyone else - need to get your original or request transfer before Oct 31st I understand.

We have used Pudsey Legal a few times now for both purchasing & selling, the most recent encounter was definitely the best service we have had thanks to Sam. He responded to most emails within a day and was really helpful dealing with the difficulties we had during the process e.g. land registry delays.

For our previous sales/purchases the communication was not as speedy and we did have to chase a lot more, but we did always go back to Pudsey Legal which says something. Hopefully they will continue to improve as they have been so far.

Absolutely useless.
Wrote me a solicitors letter that contained so many spelling and grammatical errors it was unusable. I had to highlight the errors and return it so they could try again and again... We were on the 3rd or 4th iteration before it was 'just about' passable... I could hardly believe they had the audacity to charge me for each letter attempt!
Communication was poor and I had to constantly chase, in the end I just gave up.
It maybe that Pudsey Legal are good at property law or will writing etc. But for family law I'd give them a wide berth.

Both times we were assigned Laura Williams and Nicole Knowles, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish, we cannot express just how grateful we are for their knowledge and expertise in every matter. Pudsey legal… where do I begin?

The service I received on the sale of my own property and purchase of a new one was quite simply horrific.

I can quite honestly say please do not waste your time and money with this solicitors. I have never dealt with such rude receptionists or been so out of the loop on my own property. The lack of communication is disgusting, no emails or phone calls back, no explanation of what is going on or next steps, constant phone calls to ask for updates and no getting through to anyone. It was only for the last month of the sale of my own property after threatening there director did we actually get somewhere.

I cannot say enough, so not use this solicitors, they are shocking!
