Despite many hurdles put before her by the buyers solicitors, she remained professional, patient and communicated everything to me, to an exceptionally high standard.
She was always available and supportive and if I ever need any legal assistance in the future, then she will definitely be my first port of call.

Great job from Louise Lloyd to transfer a property into my and my wife's names.

I inherited a property and asked half a dozen solicitors for a quote. Most sent an inflated price list to buy a house, including mortgage transfer and other fees which weren't applicable. Louise gave a quote for what needed doing and after answering a few follow-up questions, did the job in a reasonable time for a good price.

I don't live nearby and two visits to the office to verify ID, then drop off a signed document, were short and painless. Louise chased up a slow third party and kept me updated through the rest of the process.
