From the first contact to the collection of my hired wheelchair accessible van, was an absolute amazing experience! Such a fantastic service! Took so much stress away from me as my van went into repair. They are so thorough and I really am impressed about how our needs were dealt with such care and respect. Also the hired vehicle was clean and easy to use and felt like a luxury drive. Beautiful van!

Very happy with the service they explained everything I needed to know and was very patient when I needed extra help to understand. They delivered super fast and unfortunately my wheelchair didn’t fit so got me another car the next day bother delivery drivers were very helpful and friendly. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and is my point of contact nothing is too much trouble.

The experience that I had with Proximo was one of professional and pleasant and when I met Imra from the wickford branch The representative who showed me my car the car was fresh and very clean inside and out Imra explained to me in enough detail all that I needed to know about the vehicle for me to start the car and drive away safely. The best customer service, I needed a car with specific adaptions because I drive with my hands. The first one they found was to low for me as soon as I pointed it out, it wasn't a problem they found me a suitable vechichle within minutes. Call handler was so polite and professional

Really great service received from Proximo when I needed a a wheelchair accessible vehicle when mine needed to go into a dealership because of an airbag warning showing up on my vehicle 9 months after receiving a brand new car. Everything was easily dealt with and they actually dropped off the replacement vehicle the day before it was needed so I can't fault the service I received from them
