Great service all the way through.
We had a major house fire and it’s been devastating, then we got into these guys and I must admit that the whole process has been just amazing. They’ve been looking after us all the way through, each claim with the insurance has been quick and fair, always acted professionally and with care. It would have taken so much longer if I had it to do myself while working, therefore I absolutely suggest people who are in the unfortunate situation of having house fire or things like that to get advice and help from Property Claim Assist. 3 year's after getting Gary and PCA on board I do not recommend them at all. They acted on our behalf for the first few months and then went quiet. No negotiating on our behalf, no updates on our claim, they just simply stopped and went quiet. Quite simply in our experience ,they do nothing they say they do except add to the stresses and strains of an insurance claim.

We hired Property Claim Assist as an independent loss assessor after a major fire at our house, which required extensive internal repairs and full renovation.

Initially after submitting our claim the Insurers were not easy to deal (especially as we were living overseas with a significant time difference to the UK) but once Simon was appointed he was our single point of contact and took the stress out of handling the claim with the Insurer and Loss Adjuster from start to finish. He had a wealth of experience in dealing with Loss Adjustors for house fire re-builds/repairs and was pro-active, efficient and transparent at all times. Simon was always available to respond to our emails and take our calls to explain the process to us and provide further clarification when requested.

Property Claim Assist also has excellent relationships with reliable surveyors and building contractors so you are in very safe hands and can focus on the re-build/repairs rather than the complex claim admin process.

Over a year ago I experienced an awful accicdental house fire and was in need of some support and guidance to help me out with the claim and all the paperwork.
