After finally making the decision to complete both forms of LPA's I was rather overwhelmed by the complexity of the information needed. So, I abandoned the project even though my sister was urging us to go ahead and offering help. However procrastination set in until I saw the Martin Lewis programme and panic took over. Fortunately I saw the SEL post backing up the programme and my daughter spoke to Anthony. So, after months during which it could have all been achieved, we were finally going ahead. We were too far away to make a personal appointment so following an email and phone call our zoom meeting with Samantha was promptly arranged. What a pleasant but professional young lady she is, knowledgeable, understanding and kept a straight face in response to a couple of my queries (which she no doubt had probably been asked by other clients!!). At the completion of our discussions, she explained exactly what would happen following the meeting. Packs were posted out to ourselves and our attorneys with addressed return post packs plus full written instructions regarding witnesses and signing procedures.
It is easy to see why this company is going from strength to strength. Anthony and Peter, together with their team are providing an excellent service that I very highly recommend. The peace of mind they brought to us is impossible to underestimate. Our thanks and gratitude to them.
