This would be a ZERO stars review if it would allow. I was appointed Principia Law from Auxillis who repaired my car on behalf of Admiral Insurance. I was led to believe as I was in a no fault accident - someone hit my car stationary in a car park - Auxillis took out a policy where they could claim all monies back and I didn’t need to worry about anything. Next thing I know I am being passed to Principia Law. I am being forced to go to court and told if I do not attend on 30/12/2024 I will be liable for over £5000 worth of damages? This coincides with my 50th Birthday and we were planning on going on a family holiday, and I was told by Principia Law tough luck. They hassle you and harass you for information yet when you email them as I have several times they just ignore you. DO NOT use this company for the sake of your own mental health and sanity, they are an utter disgrace.

I found everyone I spoke to really friendly and professional. They were really helpful in dealing with my settlement and also reassuring, as the thought of going to a court felt very daunting for me. My claim has now been settled before going to court, so very happy. Thank you.

Case ref. 188546.001. They really dropped the ball by failing to inform my partner of her court case. Incredible. We were nearly liable for the car hire plus court costs in a no fault accident. I suspect the 'great' reviews are mostly made up as they follow a similar format. Be very aware and I recommend taking to the financial service ombudsman if you have a problem (as it costs them £750).

An absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Meg was fantastic and super supportive throughout. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so easy to deal with.

After being involved in a no blame car collision, Principia Law took over the case after the defence solicitors refused to accept liability. Viv Titcomb handled the case professionally and efficiently, never once pressuring me to accept any sort of liability. She took on board all of my evidence and feelings towards the situation and after a short battle Viv was able to settle my case fully in my favour before having to attend court and I am extremely happy with the service and hard work she put into this outcome. Would absolutely not hesitate to recommend.

From start to finish the way in which this was dealt with was outstanding. Other members of staff also extremely helpful and polite when called for updates etc. Thank you so much.

Our parked stationary car was hit by a van. This law firm is involved in recovering the costs, three years later and we're still fielding basic questions from them about what happened and when. We feel harassed, it's impossible to stop their endless calls and emails.

Hannah from PL handled my case after the 'other side' were arguing costs following a non fault accident. I was rather stressed and worried about the whole thing but Hannah kept in contact & reassured me throughout the process. Thankfully, it was settled out of court . Very professional, diligent service. Hannah was polite , friendly & quick to respond to emails & calls. Highly recommend!

Would rate this a ZERO if I could. I had a non fault accident , someone drove into the back of my car whilst I was stationary. From day 1 they have been rude and blaming me for the accident from the start. I had to go to court on a day when I was genuinely ill with a stomach bug. Told if I do not turn up it will be my fault and I will have to pay all legal costs and the other insurers too. I have been bombarded with rude and unprofessional emails and texts.I have been told I'm a liar and I'm not ill , they told me that `we make cancer sufferiors go to court`.Dealing with these people has been an absolute nightmare. This caused me massive stress and anxiety. I would stear clear and never use them. They sound like desperate cowboys who are unprofessional and rude. I strongly advise to never ever use these people.
