A good base for North Wales travel. Clean, reasonably priced, quiet. Located just off the a55. Easy to book. Next to a pub serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pay a little extra for parking, it’s safe and secure. Free basic wifi.
A good, clean, great value, place to stay.

I think this is the best premier inn I've ever stayed in.
Everything was spot on. Accomodation was clean, comfortable , everything worked. Slept like a log . Didn't hear the a55 at all.

Breakfast was a bargain and had everything you could want , my problem was not knowing when to stop!

Checking in and out was quick and effortless. Staff were friendly. Pub bar staff were lovely as well.

Location wise was great, close to town without being on top of it.

The room standards for the price are lower then we expected. Very outdated and basic rooms. When we arrived our toilet paper wasn't topped up and one of the bathroom lights wasn't working. The baby travel cot had a broken base. We booked for the meal deal with the brewer's fayre and waited for an hour in our room for a table to be available just to find out the wait for the food would be an hour and a half as the restaurant is very busy. The bed was comfortable and the room had a basic clean but didn't look like it had a deep clean as there was dust in corners around the bed. There was no need to book for the table for breakfast, we were seated straight away and the food was good and fresh. |Overall pretty disappointing especially that we have spent the two previous nights in a different premier in in Pembrokeshire and for a better price per night the experience was much better.

I will be talking about my rating of this premier inn and why I gave it 4 stars.||Quality:|The hotel room was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable, but there were a couple of stains on the bedding and pillowcases. Also, some of the bedding was ripped, and it was quite dusty. ||Location:|The location is very convenient because it is located near bus stops, so if you want to travel on the bus, they are right outside! This premier inn is also located next to the Brewers Fayre, where you can get something to eat in the evening and where the breakfast is served. A KFC and Macdonalds are just a 4 minute drive away if you wanted food from there instead of the Brewers Fayre.||Sleep:|Sleep was mostly good, the beds were nice and comfy and I can't fault that. However, we could here banging from other rooms, so that woke me up, but I understand that can't necessarily be helped. ||Staff:|The staff were very friendly and helpful. On one of the nights we were here, people were shouting in the corridors, but the staff told them off.||Food:|The breakfasts were amazing and yummy, so I would recommend getting breakfast at this premier inn.||Overall:|☆☆☆☆|(Four stars)

Hotel is just a few mins drive from Conwy and a few more mins to Llandudno. Lots of parking. No aircon or usb sockets in the room, also no shaver socket in bathroom. A big fan available to circulate the air. Room was clean and comfy bed. The wifi dropped out frequently. The pub next door was great. Evening meals served quicky and good value. Breakfast was the usual for Premier inn, lots of choice but a bit slow on refilling the dishes.

It's Premier Inn, I think everyone knows what to expect and this one was one of the best. Wonderful location for exploring North Wales. Dinner and breakfast at Brewers Fayre next door was excellent. Dropped a star because they have started charging extra for parking.

An excellent professionally run hotel. |All staff without exception were efficient and very welcoming. |They were all dedicated to giving the best service possible- both in the hotel and also in the restaurant. |Hotel was kept very clean and service was the best we’ve seen anywhere ( and we’ve been to many Premier Inns all over the UK) |The most endearing aspect was the friendly welcoming and supportive atmosphere of all the staff there. |Made our stay very special. Due to work commitments I’ve booked into various Premier Inns around the country and this is by far the most disappointing.
Apart from the Shell garage across the road there is nothing else nearby in walking distance so be prepared to drive for amenities,shopping etc.
The free WiFi is terrible,the Freeview TV channels are nonexistent,ITV 1 was the only channel that would work!!?
The shower was medieval (the sink tap had more pressure),inconsistent water temperature and power!!
The hotel is looking very dated and neglected,ash trays never seem to get emptied outside,neither do the rubbish bins on site,toilets smelly and also in need of refurbishment.
And as for the adjoining restaurant were do I start
Bang average food at best,always at least 6 dishes missing from the menu,supposedly hot starters came barely warm on many occasions.
Disinterested staff,especially one waitress(Erin)who found it more important to polish cutlery than tend to the customers and when she had too clearly couldn’t be bothered!
On one occasion the bar without warning was closed at 9.30pm!!!
Not one member of staff approached us to say the bar was closing soon or asked if we would like a drink before it closed!!
When questioned why so early it was clear the manager on that evening had somewhere better to be!!
On the previous night the bar closed at 10 pm!!
The lad behind the bar at least rang the bell for last orders on that occasion.
Very disappointing stay won’t be staying there again👎👎👎
