Absolute joke, no communication or email replies. Not helpful at all, they Just go ahead and try and make money out of you. Do not use for any sort of claim. Terrible customer service.

ideally 0 stars. Poor quality, poor value, not professional and not responsive. I used their estate agents service (which I has since gone bust), and I've had two prospective buyers telling me that they were discouraged from viewing our house!?!? They managed to view our home by going through another agent! When we contacted Precision Solicitors, where the estate agency firm is run from, we requested that our house is removed from their listings, and this took 5 calls, multiple threats of legal action, and 3 weeks for them to do so, hindering the sale of our house! The same people run the solicitors firm that tried to enter the estate agency business, so on that basis alone, I would stay well clear!
