I was having one of the hardest interpersonal and possibly legal situations of my life. I wrote to my Denver City Council person Jolon Clark as one of dozens to try to get help and clarity on this deeply distressing situation. Jolon Clark referred me to Yasmeen Kennedy. I was skeptical. Skeptical of mediation, in general and skeptical that the right one would come so easily- if i chose to undergo mediation. I asked her why her service, above any others, would be the one for me. I can’t remember exactly what she replied, but before I knew it I was already feeling space and hope just talking with her. I did not feel any space or hope for a month of dealing with this problem. Suddenly I felt both.

Yasmeen is pure love and light. If the word *love* seems too airy-fairy, then we can substitute the word *respect* or the phrase *unconditional regard for others*. But Yasmeen is far more than the sum of the skills she brings to her work. She is an artist. An artist of listening deeply to people, taking their most sorrowful, frightening pain and alchemizing it into peace.

I have known so many extraordinary people in my life. I’m so grateful for every one of them and hold them all as Archetypal Deities for touch points in my life.

However, Yasmeen Kennedy is an entire new elevation, revelation, for goodness, unconditional regard for others, and peace-making in the world. I am astonished and forever grateful for how she changed my life and situation.

Praxis, has been helping me. They have been very professional and thorough. I have not done all that I should and they have been gracious and understanding.
They have been supportive while still getting as much done as possible as I work on getting information to them.

I highly suggest this mediation firm. They are respectful of the situation and are open to both sides despite the parties having a tumultuous situation. My situation in particular was tough but the mediator through Praxis was able to help us avoid additional legal fees and court costs which is what both parties desired.
