We have used Pragmatism a few times now with great results. The ability to understand the issues and work with employees and the business to gain meaningful resolutions is great. Much of this is about reframing mindsets to get people to see different perspectives and come to their own understandings therefore taking ownership in how the relationships is in the future. A simply brilliant 3 days of development. Pete & Charlotte at Pragmatism have a clean, down-to-earth approach to training and adopt methods which really embed the learning. I came away understanding why, how and what mediation is all about, and feeling really confident that I can do it.
