My name is Glenn. I received a NIP from the police for driving too close to a bicycle rider. They charged me for driving without reasonable consideration, only thing is I knew that I’d given the bicycle rider enough of a legal wide berth.

I contacted Pragma Law and spoke to David Swingler (a genius) whom from the beginning of my ordeal was absolutely amazing.

I instructed David to represent me in court. He wrote a fabulous letter to the police asking them to reconsider the charges, it didn’t get to court, the police dropped the charges and I have no doubt it was because of the letter that David he wrote.

I had totted up 12 points, thought I'd just sent the paperwork back with mitigating circumstances and all would be OK. WRONG!!!! They disqualified me. I thought I needed to enlist the help of a solicitor in Nottingham as that is where the court had been held.
The man I spoke to was David a very nice man who put me at ease over my case. He told me the avenues we could explore and the less costly and quickest was to get the case reopened at the magistrates.
I met him on the day of court he formulated a plan and we went from there. I answered the questions but if David thought we were losing ground over some of my responses he would quickly interject redirecting proceedings and get us back on track.

My case was quite unusual as it was for numerous speeding offences but from the minute I spoke to Lucy Whittaker she put my mind at ease and made me feel so much better. From start to finish Lucy was a consummate professional unlike the court who made many mistakes that could have caused me untold stress but Lucy was always available and reassuring even after my hearing when there was an issue.
