I cannot recommend Sonia Dass of Powell Spencer & Partners highly enough. My immigration case was very complex. I had applied twice before for my resident permit and had been refused both times. I had overstayed for years, and at one point I was even at risk of being removed from the country by UK Immigration when they visited my Mums home in 2024.

After my last refusal, I contacted Sonia and shared my situation with her. She took the time to carefully review everything and gave me the best advice possible to return to my home country and reapply properly. Although it was a very difficult decision and I was extremely scared (as were my parents and partner), Sonia reassured me throughout the process and gave me the confidence to go ahead.

She prepared everything thoroughly and handled my case with such professionalism and care. Just as she had predicted, my new application was successful in exactly 3–5 weeks. The whole process went smoothly under her guidance.
