Cally and the team have been fantastic at keeping us informed each step of the way during our house sale. Fantastic service from start to finish. Cally and all her team have been a pleasure to deal with. Having had our house on the market with another estate agent for 2 months we switched to Poole Townsend and they organised lots of viewings and sold our house straight away. We should have used them to start with !!!

Andrew Sanderson at Poole Townsend in Kendal is superbly efficient and great at quickly finding good tenants. He does all the admin side do you feel the process is simple ! Which it isn’t !
I thoroughly recommend you use him for finding and managing rental properties. I’ve use him several times and he does a great job.
