Poor experience with Poole Alcock this time, after using them a couple of times over the past 10 years. On this instance I found them to be very uncommunicative, slow to respond and appeared to be difficult working with the other parties in the transaction. Disappointing service, but got the transaction over the line (just about) by the deadline
