Terrible customer services!! Having to deal with a person on the phone who just has a chip on their shoulder and just sees a problems with everything you’re asking. All I’ve done is call up asking for help and if you can provide me the services that I’m looking for.

It’s the most annoying thing when you speak to a receptionist (or customer services agent) and have to deal with someone who constantly puts up blocks and barriers in your way. Everything is a problem or there’s some problem with what you’re talking about. In the end, I just decided to call up another solicitors and booked in an appointment with no problems within 2 minutes of then answering the call!

The owners of this company would learn a lot by anonymously calling up their company phone lines and asking some questions to see how bad their customer services it!
