I've been pursuing a diesel emissions claim through this firm for some time now, but the experience has been less than ideal. Communication has been sporadic, with only a few emails a year providing vague updates about the claim's progress. I’d like to ask if anyone else has received a payment yet. If so, how long did it take, and what was your experience? I’d also appreciate it if someone from the firm could provide a more detailed update on how far along my claim is, as the lack of information has made the process feel unnecessarily drawn out.

I have had the same experience as Nik, got what seems like a lifetime now, including requests for the same information over and over again. This information is so historical it is not always easy to find. I do not expect to keep providing it again, and again. The last request for more of probably previously provided information directed me to an illegible web page. I have emailed them with no response. This feels like a drain on my time and a huge frustration with no end to the 'groundhog day' information requests.

Totally disgusting. Today they told me that my claim is useless after all this time. They asked me for documentation which I sent them on commencement of my claim and are now threatening me .

If my claim goes through with My Diesel Claim I will be so happy as my name has changed (both Christian and Surname), the finance company told me their records were only kept for 7 years so I thought I wouldn’t have any chance of claiming. I’m keeping everything crossed that My Diesel Claim will be able to come through for me. They have kept me informed along the way so am hopeful.
