Great service from start to finish. Once I’d submitted the form, I had a call within 10 minutes to say when a plumber could be with me. They updated me when he was due to arrive, he was friendly and informative. As they advised, they provided me with a quote to be able to fix the issue and gave me the opportunity to go ahead or not, so there was no pressure. I went ahead and he promptly went to get the part required, fitted everything securely. A great service and most importantly, no more leaking!! Would be contacting them again if we needed and would definitely recommend.

The best way to say it is by copying my letter to them. The mater was finally resolved by a completely separate plumber. The new plumber is in the images and some pictures were a bit too graphic. This plumber solved the issue. But the amount of stuff up the pipe was massive. I had put a cap on the top of the downpipes as soon as the original plumber told me about it. I firmly believe this build up is very old and not a reoccurrence as they suggest. There were loads of twigs causing the problem. The second image is of the 6 foot blockage from the base of the pipe.

In may you sent a plumber to fix my blocked
loo. He rightly predicted it was a nest fallen
down inside. He then spent an hour squirting
water up the down pipe. The loo now
seemed to work. I had paid £700 for this
work. But very quickly the loo was still
blocked. Then less than two weeks later he
returned and did the same procedure under
the month guarantee. On this occasion he
was defensive and accused me of being
rude. I was not at all rude merely saying his
water treatment was not working. Then I had
three more occasions when I tried to unblock
the loo, he must have slightly dislodged the
problem but finally yesterday I had a new
down pipe fitted and the extent of the
problem was revealed. Pictures are added.
This was a huge build up and totally unfixed
by your plumber. A refund would be
appreciated, although I am not hopeful.
Please look at the pictures and weep at the
total failure of your man who knows how to
charge but not to fix.

AVOID this company
I called this company to repair my heating system. They repaired it.
It worked but went out of order again
They told me if it is not the same problem they charge me for a new job.
The engineer said it is the water pump.
I have no choice other than to accept
The water pump is making whistling noise day and night
I phoned the customer service. They told me they don’t accept phone call complaints and I have to send an email
The response to my email was my heating system requires power flushing. No one came to check whether the water pump is faulty or not.
The customer service is not helpful one male customer service refused to give his name.
I don’t recommend this company.
They work with tick boxes. The engineer I assume he knew the water pump and power flushing were required and can be done together. Instead he fixed one problem to be called again for the second job and then a third job etc
AVOID this company. It is high priced customer service are not willing to answer any quires.

My VERY strong advice is to avoid this organisation. Either they or the contractors they use are dishonest opportunists. They quoted £120 for an attendance for an urgent repair to an outdoor water pipe that had required we turn off all water at the mains supply. They stated that an assessment would be made on site and a fixed price then quoted for the work. So far so good. They originally said an engineer would attend within an hour, then pushed the time out twice so he didn't arrive until 3pm - 5 hours after I called. The person who attended was scruffy and unprofessional. He took some phots and then said he had to do paperwork first. I then get an invoice for nearly £2,100 that had to be paid immediately before they would start work. They knew we were desperate to get the water back on. The work required was unlikely to take more than a couple of hours. We knew exactly where the damage was, and it just required that they dig down to it in open soil and repair it. I told them it was ridiculous cost for the work and asked him to leave. They then insisted that the £144 be paid - they hadn't even included VAT in the call out fee they quoted - fora 2 minute observation and photo. Complete scammers!!

I called 'Plumbing Immediately' whose engineer was fantastic. He arrived within 90 minutes, called ahead to ask more about what the issue was and to get me to send some photos, and the end result was a job very professionally completed for less than half the cost quoted by PM247.

PM247 are a horrendous, unprofessional loan-shark organisation that seeks to take advantage of people in distress. They had no interest in whether the engineer they sent may have misquoted or behaved badly in anyway, and so I hold them completely responsible for the attempt to massively over charge for the work needed. You can see from the photos that there is no way this should cost £2,000 to fix!

So they replied to my review and asked me to reach to customer service to see if it could be addressed. I did so several weeks ago and have had zero response. So I reiterate my opening statement. AVOID!

Absolute scam of a company, I had a serious drain issue whilst I was at work with my partner panicking at home.so i contacted the 1st company that came up on Google pm247. After paying for a job upfront of £200 for callout and rods I get another phone call after the engineer turned up saying to carry out the job it will be £1000. I refused and shot home so I could speak properly to the workman, after seeing the drain only fill up my garden more and more the man said he could do it for £600 because he's already here. So I pay the man and loan behold it turns out he couldn't do the job, and that the problem needs to be taken care of by anglian water. Well apparently shared drains aren't private home owners problems in the 1st place. Surely I could of been advised of this before the job was carried out and not have paid out £800 in total. I asked for an invoice for the job so I could claim some money back and got nothing but crickets. I learnt a valuable lesson from all this, and I'm telling anyone reading this don't use this company, don't pay upfront for anything! Even if your worried just stop and assess the situation and follow your gut instinct. Avoid at all costs!!!! Scam

Eren was respectful friendly and was happy to explain what he was doing. His language was user friendly so I was able to understand the process that he was doing. He kept me informed at different stages and stayed till everything was complete. He also came and cleaned out the shower which was full of sewage. He was patient and took his time during the job and I never got the sense that he was rushing it, even though it was a Friday evening. He was confident in what he was doing and I came away knowing that he had done a good job job. Thank you.

Horrible service, charging over £200 for an investigation, although I've told them what the issue was and where it was located. The Engineer came and said he couldn't do it and demanded over £800 to fix the problem. That's absolutely diabolical for a price for a blockage. They definitely saw us as easy targets to bump up the prices. I advise anyone to choose your plumbing company because some company like to take advantage of your money.

On one of the coldest days of the winter, our boiler failed. Everything was handled flawlessly, from the first call to the completion of the repair. After identifying a sensor malfunction, the engineer promptly replaced it and conducted many system tests. We are really appreciative of their efficiency and honesty; they are a really reliable business.
