I purchased a 2 bed flat with virtually no chain. Purchased from Asset management company. I was assured from their side things will be smooth sailing and they had really efficient solicitors, they were anything but. Waited months and months for Deed of Variation from their side. I couldn't ask for a better solicitor on my side though, Daniel at PLS was top draw in persevering with the seller side and keeping me informed throughout. His colleagues as well were great deal with. Top marks all round for a team that are clearly dedicated to what they do, great customer service and just really understanding individuals and keeping cool under pressure whilst still have the firepower to keep things moving.
