Made some terrible, costly and basic mistakes when transferring a property title.
Jane Pleass blamed everyone else but herself and even refused to take phone calls and address emails. Even accused the client of harassing her!!
Ultimately, the legal ombudsman ruled completely with the client and forced them to correct their wrong doing.
Cannot be trusted, lacked integrity and could never recommend.

Our solicitor has been working with Pleass Thomson on a property transaction. As a business they rarely answer the phone, the solicitor required is frequently unavailable, and they don't reply to emails in a timely fashion. I wouldn't recommend that you work with them on the basis of our experience. Their conduct has made the transaction stressful, prolonged and upsetting.
