Pitman , blackstock white solicitors assisted us with purchasing a house , they kindly took over when our previous solicitors had suddenly shut , therefore allowing us to move . Mr pitman dealt with our purchase , he was very efficient, quick and honest from the beginning. We found them to be very well priced aswell. I would definitely use them again in the future. Rude and unprofessional.
My mum had her will lodged with this solicitors. After she died I called to obtain the will. Staff were rude and unhelpful and not one member of staff offered condolences. Calls were never returned and it has taken a couple of months to finally get the will. Mr Blackstock was particularly rude and unapologetic for the delays for something as simple as putting a will in an envelope and posting it. I have given one star as Google wouldn't allow me to post with zero stars.

Currently buying a house this lot are involved up the chain which is is proving to be a problem. Everyone involved has had nothing but trouble with them and everything takes 4 weeks even the simple stuff. This mixed with the communication skills of a brick gaves everyone involved nothing but costs and stress.

Mr Blackstock is probably the rudest most incompetent man we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Once was enough, never again, extremely offhand condescending and arrogant. The social skills of a house brick.

My mum and my brother is buying a property well still in the process of buying it. It's taken 3 more weeks to proceed as they kept messing up with the paper work also they never had much contact to let my mum or my brother know what was going on and how far they had got all the contact was made was my mum rining them. It is an horrendous set up with no communication with there customs and yet they expect the money to be paid no sorry nothing how can people not do there job probally and still get paid the full amount. It has been constant stress and all money money with these people I would never recommend these people to anyone. Also had a fixed quotation for the finally fee and that had even changed and went up. Also it says on the paper work that there is no hidden charges well let say one thing that there is. My mum had to find about the completion date off the vendors witch I think is disgusting.

Conned me out of alot of money, wouldn't give information on where money was going, I should have had legal aid... didn't do the job had to get another solicitor paid over £7000.00 for nothing! And terribly rude to boot!

I had an awful experience with this company over 5 years ago to do with a business sale. Because of the sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism from this company the sale fell through almost costing me and my family dear. I thought my experience was a one off bad luck scenario....as per reading the other reviews from these other poor people on here, unfortunately i was wrong. I cannot stress enough....this company is not to be trusted with anything.
