I have been in the property industry for over 40 years and have worked on 1000's of transactions. I never usually use SM for venting, but David Littlewood has got to be one of the slowest and unresponsive 'Solicitors' I have had acting for my clients or someone in the chain. He just doesn't seem to care at all that a chain is likely to collapse because he can't even get out of neutral into first gear. I would avoid him like the plague.

Such slow service for conveyancing, hold up after hold up with this solicitor causing issues upset and concern all the way up the chain. If you want a quick sale do not use these people, you'll be waiting a very long time.
