I dealt with Nick Millinchip at the Stourport office who provided valuable advice on how to market this difficult to sell property. Nick was really helpful and achieved a result at auction that far surpassed our expectations.

Nick and his team.provided a really excellent service in helping us sell our late parents' house.

Although, for various reasons, we made a judgment call to sell at auction, we were guided seamless through the process at every stage and, only 8 weeks from instruction, the property sold at the reserve. The marketing was very strong and, we felt good value for the fee.

We could have gone to auction via another route but P and P regularly hold their own auctions and are clearly very professional and experienced. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Nick at the Stourport office in dealing with my partner's dads house sale. Highly recommended. My recent experience of Nick Millinchip at the company's Stourport office gives me no hesitation to apply a 5-star rating.
