I don't like writing bad reviews and I was just going to let this go but this firm dealt with the buying of my Son's first home and when they wanted the deposit for his mortgage the Solicitor dealing with this told him to phone the reception and pay this large sum over the phone on his debit account card he did say at the time surly its better as a bank transfer but no she said its fine just over the phone on the card..

Then came the day of the hand over of the keys and suddenly they would not release the keys as they had not got proof of my Son paying his deposit they made my Son feel like he was a liar they did have the money it just was not showing as he had paid on his debit card so all this had to be sorted and it was an issue they had caused themselves was all very upsetting at the time and spoilt what should have been a very special day for my Son on receiving the keys to his first home ..

Sadly why I took the decision today to write this review over three months later as this firm contacted my son via email not even by telephone they had not land registered his property three months later because they did not have proof of his deposit his been in his home over three months my Son also had paid for a mortgage advisor been his first home he wanted nothing to go wrong the mortgage advisor did amazing job but they even tried to blame the mortgage advisor for not sending the information.. This was totally not correct as he would never have got his home that his been living in for over three months yet again this firm made my Son feel like he had done something wrong.

We told them to deal with the mortgage advisor thankfully the mortgage advisor contacted today to say this situation has now been sorted so we live in hope that his home will finally be registered..

I have given this company one star because the sectaries and reception ladies were kind and did what they could but that is the only reason they got one star I am not naming the Solicitors as I don't think that is respectful but I would never deal with this firm again and would never recommend them you should not be having to deal with these things three months later and when you have been informed by the Solicitor that everything is sorted and finished and they had been paid for there work..

Karen was did an amazing job of our house purchase! It was our first purchase and we had no idea what we were doing. She guided us through the process and gave great advise! Always there when we needed her with no question too small for her to help! When there were complications with the elderly seller becoming ill she sped up our purchase meaning we were exchanged and completed within the week!
I would recommend them to anyone who is buying a home. Cannot recommend them enough!

Made the purchasing of our house one of the most stressful experiences imaginable. Dreadful communication. Emails arriving with us at 4am on deadline days. No real follow up on queries. Constant chasing for information and simply left in the dark for weeks on end. All documentation arrived late on every occasion. Meanwhile we have been in our new house for 6 weeks and they have STILL not completed the contract and paperwork for the leasehold - unbelievable. Avoid this firm and a woman called Karen, utterly outdated and unprofessional in every way.
