A solid 10 from me.
Lisa is like you and me, well me anyway. A real person who understands peoples problems without prejudice and judgement.
If you have any work / employment related problems this is the girl to sort you out. Just be honest.
For any others out there, and there are probably a few, just make sure you remunerate her and don't muck about for her invaluable and honest work.Shes earned it.

Very helpful when I telephoned for advice and to book an appointment. Very personable compared to the bigger well known companies, who I found quite difficult to get any help from unless I was an existing client. I will definitely continue to use Pharaoh in the future. Very impressed.
