I recently used Peter Brown & Co to carry out the conveyancing for buying my first property. As a first time buyer I found the whole process quite daunting and sometimes overwhelming. I had no idea what conveyancing even was! I was recommended to use Marianne Valiantis by my estate agent and can't thank her enough for all that she did. From the very start I was impressed by Marianne's professionalism and thorough knowledge about the legal aspects of the house buying process, she explained the whole process so clearly so I knew what to do and to expect. She kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process from start to finish, breaking down step-by-step ALL of the documents required. I felt the transaction went ahead smoothly as Marianne took all the stress and pressure off, working away in the background and only contacting me when it was necessary or when I had a question, and dealing with the estate agents on my behalf!
