As soon as i had first contact with Kathryn, I was immediately impressed with the ease and efficiency of communication. Kathryn and Shah and the wonderful woman at reception are all really friendly and down to earth which is important to me, and having not worked with solicitors before, not entirely what I was expecting. I ended up up completing on my house in less than half the time that people estimate. It was incredibly fast. Partly because of the situation, but certainly part of it was due to the efficacy of Pennine Kennedys. They are excellent at what they do. And lovely people. It has been a pleasure to work with them.
