Definitely don't recommend this firm.
My encounter with them was vile, it became very clear that money talks - even in this day & age, a woman solicitor was dealing with a 'no fault' eviction yesterday in Court, it was clear from the time we entered Court that she was on good terms with the Judge, he wasn't interested in my side, he had already made his decision and treated me like a pesky bug that wasn't worth his time, i have been in my flat since 1998 and though the building is up for sale, sstc, it was clear in the listing that it was to be sold with tenants in situ !!, some underhanded, sneaky behaviour has gone on, as the other 2 tenants are not being thrown out on the streets.
The owners - Peter & Wendy own a posh b&b which charges around £150 per night, so money is no problem with them and they expect me to pay Court costs , they were the ones who wants to put a person who us struggling with grief, anxiety and severe depression out on the streets.
A friend accompanied me and we got the impression that the Judge was on commission basis with Shelter as he kept trying to push me onto them, even the solicitor tried to do that, she just laughed as she made her way back to her clients, when i told her no, infact i had already had contact with the charity a few weeks ago.
It is no wonder so many people are taking their own lives with people like i saw yesterday treating us low class with such vileness, non caring attitude.
At least i can do one last thing by letting as many people know including in my Covid support groups as we were saying in March that very few people, businesses, etc care about those of us who lost loved ones to covid, they just carry on as if nothing has happened, - sharing my story as much as i can making it clear that even in this day and age money talks, so the wealthy will always win.

I was nervous about having to choose a solicitor due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. However, I have no regrets with using Pengillys. Bradley was extremely efficient and always responded to emails and questions promptly. Even when Bradley was on annual leave my case was passed onto covering members of staff with no issues. My case was dealt with in a timely manner and no hold ups on Pengillys end. I would happily choose Pengillys and Bradley again if I require any future assistance. Thank you!
