Turning a certain age this year made me think about the ‘what ifs?’. So I asked Penderlaw for help, options and guidance on re drafting my Will and taking out Powers of Attorney. Penderlaw discovered a significant legal problem with the deeds, which previous purchasers of the development were not aware of. This problem jeopardised the long term security of our ownership of the property which were purchasing. It required Penderlaw to negotiate with the Sellers solicitors to accept the need for a formalised Deed of Variation. Penderlaw were proactive, reassuring, informative and professional during the entire protracted process. We highly recommend Penderlaw.
