Jhanzeb dealt with a lease extension on a flat that I owned. He had to deal with a hard to contact leaseholder and did so to a more than satisfactory conclusion. We ended up with a more favourable lease than we had before. He was polite, honest and professional at every step of the process.

A couple of years later we returned to Jhanzeb and Pegasus Solicitors to act on our behalf on a house purchase. It was the most difficult of transactions with huge hurdles being put in our way at every moment. A non-communicative bank, a vendor’s solicitor that dragged their feet and enough red tape to wrap around St Paul’s. It was the worst of times but, again, Jhanzeb showed calm resilience in the face of these challenges. Even when I called and had a mini breakdown he talked me off the ledge (so to speak).
If Pegasus Solicitors can cope with that and still remain professional then they can cope with anything.

We are now living happily in our home and are thankful for Jhanzeb’s efforts to make that happen.
