If i could i would have given them no star. For people coming from internshala, do not intern for this company. They are liars!!! Pathetic administration and junk of fraudsters running the company. They even dont give an offer letter for interns in the name of that they will handle a job contract. No professionalism at all!! Stay away from them

Dreadful. Never once contacted me I had to do everything. Took 39% of the refund as a fee even though indicate 25%.

Took over a year when my friends managed their own and got repaid in 2months.

Indicated a refund of £12k - ended up being £5k (no supporting evidence to say this was factually what was offered from Vanquis) they then took 39% too.

Absolute shambles. AVOID at all costs. You aren’t dealing with solicitors you are dealing with people who forward emails and delay your enquiries by saying they will get back in touch.

Started my claim almost a year ago and still no updates everytime I call it’s the same generic “ oh are team is dealing with it “ told I would get an answer by Christmas last year now they are saying Christmas this year.. terrible company I’d suggest if anyone has a claim to do it directly with the bank because they are shocking
