My solicitor was great from start to finish.
She kept me regularly updated and always replied to my requests in a very timely manner.
The process was quietly lengthy due to property type but everything was explained clearly to me and she offered reassurance that it was progressing.
A few months after the sale I had some enquires about my lease and I emailed her and she emailed me back with the relevant document the same day.

Would not recommend these solicitors to anyone. We had nothing but bother. They were extremely unprofessional, as first time buyers we felt we were taken advantage of and received an unexpected bill as a result of a mistake on their part. Don't expect any help or advice from them. You are lucky if you manage to get any response from them at all, even when we went in to meet with the solicitor we were told she would be one minute then sat for 45mins without any update. If it wasn't for the estate agent we would've ended up missing out on our dream house due to constant delays and bad communication from the solicitors. Really disappointed and expected a lot more from the head of the department!

We used Pearson Caulfield for a Part Exchange. They accepted us as a client fairly late (right before Christmas) but were excellent throughout the process. Despite delays for longer than expected, the team were always friendly, helpful and continued to chase and work hard to get us into our new home. Would recommend as a solicitor for anyone looking or about to start a home sale or purchase.

At all stages I was made fully aware of the next steps via the portal so I never once had to chase for updates or information. This was in stark contrast to my daughters house purchase which was running concurrently with different conveyancers.
