I don't write many reviews, but on some occasions, when you receive exceptional service, it has to be done! I have a tenant who has failed to pay his rent for 12 months. I spoke to Jane at PDA solicitors and for the first time in the last 12 months, I found someone who truly understands a landlord's perspective.

Jane spent 20 minutes of her own time providing me with invaluable advice that was both helpful and on point. Unlike the usual vultures I have encountered, who seem to be only worried about the fees they can charge rather than trying to help, she was more passionate about sharing her knowledge and genuinely assisting me. This woman is an absolute gem for any legal practice!
I may have made a poor choice in selecting my tenant, but from now on, I will turn to Jane, the Defender of Landlords, for advice whenever I encounter any challenges with my rental property.
