Lisa was so understanding to my circumstances and worked tirelessly to find me the best finance deal and kept me updated throughout the process.

I previously had a very poor experience with another garage but Lisa restored my faith buying from Paynes, with her excellent customer service and professionalism.

Just bought a car from there.
I paid £99 to reserve a car, which is only for 48 hours but they kept it for me for 5 days. The £99 was refunded after I bought the car.
I went on Friday and got the car on the Tuesday, they offered me an understandable price for my trade in and the car so far works perfectly.
Very friendly staff and seems like a very nice clean place. Will definitely look for my next car here first.

Lovely experience buying a car. Spoke to Lisa to book a viewing on a car, lovely service from the start. Came to see the car, had a test drive. There was a couple of things to sort before I could collect the car but Lisa kept me updated and communicated everything from start to finish. Picked my car up today, very happy. From start to finish Kyle at Paynes garages has gone above and beyond in making the purchase of our Ford Transit Custom sport stress free. From viewing the Transit on Wednesday , it was on our drive before 11am on the Saturday morning !!!.
