Alison was incredibly kind and helpful. I had spotted a few rings in the window that caught my eye, and she took the time to show them to me and talk through the different styles. One trilogy ring, in particular, stood out, and Alison explained that they could create a bespoke piece based on that design with a setting of my choice.
Paul did an amazing job bringing it to life. The result is beyond anything I imagined – a beautiful gold ring that incorporates some of my mum’s ashes.
